Jeremy Shilley - Bagpipe Instructor
V. Scott Parker - Side Drum Instructor
V. Scott Parker has been teaching Drums and Percussion for over 20 Years, from marching bandsto Pipe Bands and of course Drum Set. Scott started playing drums at a very young age and have never stopped. Over the years, Scott has worked with and organized drum line programs for both youth and senior corps, such as Glacier Peak High School, Port Angeles High School, Federal Way High School, Bellevue High School, Bennett Bulldogs Drum Line and the Pacific Alliance Drum Line.
Scott has played and taught in Pipe Bands such as the Elliott Bay Pipe Band, The Washington Scottish, Keith Highlanders and the Portland Metro. Scott currently instructs for the Pierce County Firefighter's Pipes & Drums, Seattle Firefighter's Pipes & Drums, East Side Firefighter's Pipes & Drums, Snohomish County Firefighter's Pipes & Drums and the North West Junior Pipe Band Grade 5 & 4. Scott has attended the Mastery of Scottish Arts School where he studied under Jim Kilpatrick, John Fisher and J. Reid Maxwell.
Throughout the years Scott has taken drum set lessons with Steve Smith, Dave Jette, Michael Derosier, Michael Shrieve and Tony Coleman, to mention just a few. Teaching is Scott's life and he loves sharing his experiences and education with anyone who is willing to learn.

Allie Guerrero - Tenor & Bass Instructor
Allie Guerrero, Tenor and Bass Section Instructor from Seattle, WA. Allie is a tenor drummer in the Grade 2 James J. Coyne Memorial Pipe Band from Los Angeles, CA.
She is a former member of the Keith Highlanders Pipe Band and the New Westminster Police Pipe Band. She has competed several times at the World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow, Scotland, and placed 6th in the Grade 2 competition in 2009.
Allie has enjoyed a successful solo career in the British Columbia Pipers Association since 1999 and is a tenor and bass instructor to both solo students and fire department pipe bands in the Greater Seattle/Metro area.

Jeremy Shilley has been active in the Northwest music scene since his youth. In addition to his extensive experience as a studio teacher he brings with him his very diverse background as a conductor, director, vocalist, and bagpiper. Jeremy received his formal music education at Pacific Lutheran University, where he began pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in music education and conducting. Midway through his studies, his academic focus shifted to vocal performance. Jeremy has had the opportunity to study conducting under Kathryn Lehmann, Dr. Richard Nance, Dr. Edwin Powell, and has master classed with Dale Warland of the Dale Warland Singers. Jeremy’s voice and bagpipe students are known for high achievements.
